Disclaimer of Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Parties and no right or cause of action shall accrue to or for the benefit of anyone that is not a Party hereto, except for lenders of Cooperative Obligations, parties to cooperative funding agreements with the Cooperative and providers of grant funding to the Cooperative.
