Common use of Disclosing the Producer’s Personal Information to Providers Clause in Contracts

Disclosing the Producer’s Personal Information to Providers. The Producer consents to the collection, use and disclosure of personal, financial, business and commercial information about Producer(s) and Guarantor(s) for the Purpose by the Administrator to any such Providers, and by such Provider to the Administrator. The Producer acknowledges that a copy of this Agreement may be provided to such Providers as the Producer's authority to make any such disclosures of information contemplated herein.
