Common use of Disclosure and Access to Information Clause in Contracts

Disclosure and Access to Information. The Company, for so long as the Purchaser maintains ownership of any Shares, shall, at the Purchaser’s request, fully disclose, give full access to and make available to any inspection all records, shareholder lists and any other document or information related to the Company; the Purchaser shall have the right to make copies of the aforesaid documents and/or to ask for a copy thereof to be delivered to the address set forth in Section 10 below.

The Company, for so long as the Purchaser Buyer maintains ownership of any Shares, shall, at the Purchaser’s Buyer's request, fully disclose, give full access to and make available to any inspection all records, shareholder lists and any other document or information related to the Company; the Purchaser Buyer shall have the right to make copies of the aforesaid documents and/or to ask for a copy thereof to be delivered to the address set forth in Section 10 below.
