Disclosure and ownership of Works. The Executive must immediately disclose to the Company all Works and all Intellectual Property Rights. Both the Works and all Intellectual Property Rights will (subject to sections 39 to 43 Patents Act 1977) belong to and be the absolute property of the Company or any other person the Company may nominate.
