Common use of Disclosure by Comptroller and Auditor General Clause in Contracts

Disclosure by Comptroller and Auditor General. The parties recognise that the Comptroller and Auditor General may, in pursuance of its functions under the Exchequer and Audit Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000, the National Audit Xxx 0000 and the Government Resources and Accounts Xxx 0000, disclose information which it has obtained pursuant to those acts and which a party to this Contract would not be able to disclose otherwise than under this Clause 14.
