Common use of Disclosure of Accurin™ Class Specific Data Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Accurin™ Class Specific Data. To the extent that any Accurin™ Class Specific Data is not already subject to disclosure by one Party to the other Party hereunder, copies of any Accurin™ Class Specific Data subject to a license grant in this Section 8.3 will be provided by the granting Party to the licensee Party, when and as any such Accurin™ Class Specific Data becomes available to the granting Party.
