Common use of Disclosure of Adult Student Information Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Adult Student Information. Where a student who has been arrested or is under investigation is 18 years old or older, or otherwise is being treated as an adult by the criminal justice system, the (law enforcement agency) and/or the County Prosecutor’s Office agrees to provide to the principal of the school at which the student is enrolled all information that would otherwise be provided pursuant to the provisions of Article 8 of this Agreement.
