Common use of DISCLOSURE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

DISCLOSURE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION. GFX will not share or sell information regarding customers and/or prospective customers, except to its employees, agents, partners, and associates as required in the ordinary course of business, including, but not limited to, GFX's banking or credit relationships, or to other persons as disclosed in GFX's Privacy Statement. GFX may also disclose to federal or state regulatory agencies and law enforcement authorities’ information regarding Customer and Customer’s transactions in response to a request for such information or in response to a court order or subpoena. GFX will share or sell statistical information without disclosing Customer's identity.
