Equipment Upgrade. During the Term, Provider may upgrade the Equipment within the Designated Areas. Provider shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with such upgrade.‌

Equipment Upgrade. In the event that changes in technology require the use of specialized equipment to continue to receive Cable TV Services, Grande agrees to provide such equipment and Customer agrees to pay for such equipment at the same rate charged by Grande to commercial customers in the municipality in which Customer’s property receiving the Cable TV Service is located.

Equipment Upgrade. Lessee may update or replace the antennas from time to time.
Equipment Upgrade. The Municipality may request the change out of existing lighting Fixtures to the same style, higher lumen standard HPS fixture without charge except for the change in monthly full service charge. All other change outs, including relocation of mast arms on existing poles or change out of Fixtures to the same or lower lumen Fixtures or to different styles, will be done at a charge mutually agreed to by the Municipality and DPLE. All change outs will be accomplished on a schedule submitted by DPLE to the Municipality. If, in the judgment of DPLE, a lighting Fixture becomes obsolete or will no longer be serviceable, DPLE will notify the Municipality and, upon permission from the Municipality’s authorized agent, change the light out to a standard DPLE street light fixture. The Municipality will not unreasonably withhold permission for these changes. If DPLE and the Municipality cannot reach agreement on such changes, DPLE may remove the lighting fixture at no cost to the Municipality.
Equipment Upgrade. At any time after the end of the sixth (6) year of the Franchise term and upon at least one hundred eighty (180) days notice, the Franchisee shall provide an additional capital grant to upgrade the facilities and equipment provided for under Section 7(c)(1)-(2) in the amount of $80,000 in 2002 dollars (adjusted for Inflation).
