Nasuni may disclose Customer Data (to the extent such Customer Data may be decrypted) if necessary to comply with a valid court order or subpoena or to comply with applicable law, rule or regulation of a governmental authority. Nasuni will promptly notify you of the request for such disclosure (unless prohibited by such process) and will cooperate with you if you choose to contest the disclosure, seek confidential treatment of the Customer Data to be disclosed, or to limit the nature or scope of the Customer Data to be disclosed.
