Publications/Presentations. 7.1 Sponsor recognizes that under University policy, the publication and/or presentation of research findings must be permitted and agrees that Researchers engaged in the Study shall be permitted to present research results at symposia, national or regional professional meetings, and to publish in journals, theses or dissertations, or otherwise of their own choosing, methods and results of the Study, provided the Sponsor shall have been furnished copies of any proposed publication or presentation at least one (1) month in advance of the submission of such proposed publication or presentation to a journal, editor, or other third party. Sponsor shall have thirty (30) days, after receipt of said copies, to object to such proposed presentation or proposed publication because there is Confidential Information (as defined in Article 9 herein) of Sponsor that needs protection. In the event that Sponsor makes such objection with respect to protection of Confidential Information, said Researcher(s) shall refrain from making such publication or presentation for a maximum of six (6) months from date of receipt of such objection in order for University to file patent application(s) with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and/or foreign patent office(s) directed to the patentable subject matter contained in the proposed publication or presentation. 7.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that the University's participation in the Study is a part of a multi-center study, University and Principal Investigator agree to publish or publicly present their results only together with the other sites unless specific written permission is obtained in advance from Sponsor to publish separate results. Sponsor shall advise as to the implications of timing of the publication in the event clinical trials are still in progress at sites other than at the University. 7.3 The collaborative publication or presentation described in 7.2 above shall occur within nine months of the date of close of Study at all Study sites, or, University shall be free to publish its results separately at that time.
Publications/Presentations. In the event of any publication or presentation of Recipient's work using the De-Identified Data Set or information supplied by Drexel, Recipient agrees to acknowledge Drexel and/or give credit to Drexel scientists, as scientifically appropriate, based on any contribution they may have made to the work.
Publications/Presentations. The Chief of Party and Community Ventures Manager travelled to Malawi to attend the President’s Malaria Initiative MCP Regional Workshop with 42 other participants from throughout Africa. The team led two presentations, one on Malaria in Pregnancy and one on innovative strategies for sustainable outcomes including linking interventions to community based health financing and linking volunteers to village savings and loan associations. Many valuable lessons were learned and shared with the team for adoption into the final year of the UHC/MCP program. The MCP Chief of Party led a presentation at a regional VHT meeting Organized by the Ministry of Health in Mbarara. The presentation shared the VHT implementation modalities and shared the project current issues and VHT sustainability efforts. The MCP Chief of Party participated in a consultative meeting on the Development of the 5-Year Global Strategic Framework for Malaria SBCC at Country level in Nairobi in July 2011 where Partners like National Malaria Control Programs, PSI, JHU-CCP, Roll Back Malaria Partnership Secretariat met to provide input on a comprehensive framework outlining the future of malaria communication interventions.
Publications/Presentations. University reserves the right to publish the results of the Study. University will, however, submit a draft of the manuscript to Sponsor for comments at least sixty (60) days prior to submission for publication or oral presentation. Sponsor shall notify University in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt of such draft whether such draft contains information deemed to be confidential under the provisions of Article 3, or information that if published within thirty (30) days would have an adverse effect on a patent application in which Sponsor owns full or part interest, or intends to obtain an interest from University pursuant to this Agreement. In the latter case, Sponsor has the right to request a delay and University agrees to delay said publication for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, and Sponsor shall indicate with specificity to what manner and degree University may disclose said information during that ninety (90) day period. University shall have the final authority to determine the scope and content of any publication; provided, the University shall not publish Sponsor Confidential Information without Sponsor’s consent. Information relating to Sponsor’s experimental drugs will not be transmitted to nonscientific journals, newspapers, radio or television without Sponsor’s written consent. Prior to publication by either party, no publicity shall be given to any of the results of the investigation, except with the written approval of the other party.

  • Publications and Presentations (a) Corvus may publish or present the final results of the Study (in accordance with this Section 8.2); provided that Corvus gives Genentech an opportunity to review and provide comments in accordance with subsection (b). (b) In the event that either Party (for purposes of this Section, the “Publishing Party”) wishes to publish or present any Study Data or Sample Data, the Publishing Party shall submit to the other Party (for purposes of this Section, the “Reviewing Party”) all materials related to the proposed publication or presentation (including posters, abstracts, manuscripts and written descriptions of oral presentations) at least [***] days (or [***], in the case of abstracts) prior to the date of submission for publication or the date of presentation, whichever is earlier, of any of such submitted materials. The Reviewing Party shall review such submitted materials and respond to the Publishing Party as soon as reasonably possible, but in any case within [***] (or [***], in the case of abstracts) of receipt thereof. The Publishing Party will be permitted to publish or present such Study Data or Sample Data, but shall give reasonable consideration to any request by the Reviewing Party; provided, however, at the request of the Reviewing Party, the Publishing Party shall (i) delete from such proposed publication or presentation Confidential Information of the Reviewing Party (including Sample Data), provided that the Publishing Party shall have no obligation to delete any Study Data; and/or (ii) if such proposed publication or presentation contains patentable subject matter owned solely or jointly by the Reviewing Party, delay such proposed publication or presentation, for [***], to permit the Reviewing Party to prepare and file a patent application. The Publishing Party shall comply with all applicable requirements regarding disclosure of industry support (financial or otherwise) in connection with any publications and presentations. For clarity, the provisions of this Section 8.2 only apply to publications or presentations of Study Data or Sample Data and do not apply to any other publications or presentations by a Party, including with respect to results from such Party’s development activities outside of the Study. (c) Authorship of publications or presentations of final results of the Study and/or any Study Data or Sample Data shall be determined in accordance with appropriate scientific and academic standards and customs.

  • Publications Neither Party shall publicly present or publish results of studies carried out under this Agreement (each such presentation or publication a “Publication”) without the opportunity for prior review by the other Party, except to the extent otherwise required by Applicable Law, in which case Section 12.3 shall apply with respect to disclosures required by the SEC and/or for regulatory filings. The submitting Party shall provide the other Party the opportunity to review any proposed Publication at least thirty (30) days prior to the earlier of its presentation or intended submission for publication. The submitting Party agrees, upon request by the other Party, not to submit or present any Publication until the other Party has had thirty (30) days to comment on any material in such Publication. The submitting Party shall consider the comments of the other Party in good faith, but will retain the sole authority to submit the manuscript for Publication; provided that the submitting Party agrees to delay such Publication as necessary to enable the Parties to file a Patent if such Publication might adversely affect such Patent. The submitting Party shall provide the other Party a copy of the Publication at the time of the submission or presentation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BMS shall not have the right to publish or present Ambrx’s Confidential Information without Ambrx’s prior written consent, and Ambrx shall not have the right to publish or present BMS’ Confidential Information without BMS’ prior written consent. Each Party agrees to acknowledge the contributions of the other Party, and the employees of the other Party, in all publications as scientifically appropriate. This Section 12.4 shall not limit and shall be subject to Section 12.5. Nothing contained in this Section 12.4 shall prohibit the inclusion of information in a patent application claiming, and in furtherance of, the manufacture, use, sale or formulation of a Compound, provided that the non-filing Party is given a reasonable opportunity to review, comment upon and/or approve the information to be included prior to submission of such patent application, where and to the extent required by Article 9 hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties recognize that independent investigators have been engaged, and will be engaged in the future, to conduct Clinical Trials of Compounds and Products. The Parties recognize that such investigators operate in an academic environment and may release information regarding such studies in a manner consistent with academic standards; provided that each Party will use reasonable efforts to prevent publication prior to the filing of relevant patent applications and to ensure that no Confidential Information of either Party is disclosed.

  • Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BREDS in Research Reports.

  • Pricing Information Each Fund or its designee will furnish Plan Provider on each business day that the New York Stock Exchange is open for business ("Business Day"), with (i) net asset value information as of the close of trading (currently 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the New York Stock Exchange or as at such later times at which a Fund's net asset value is calculated as specified in such Fund's prospectus ("Close of Trading"), (ii) dividend and capital gains information as it becomes available, and (iii) in the case of income Funds, the daily accrual or interest rate factor (mil rate). The Funds shall use their best efforts to provide such information to Plan Provider by 6:00 p.m. Central Time on the same Business Day. Distributor or its affiliate will provide Plan Provider (a) daily confirmations of Account activity within five Business Days after each day on which a purchase or redemption of Shares is effected for the particular Account, (b) if requested by Plan Provider, quarterly statements detailing activity in each Account within fifteen Business Days after the end of each quarter, and (c) such other reports as may be reasonably requested by Plan Provider.

  • Root-­‐zone Information Publication ICANN’s publication of root-­‐zone contact information for the TLD will include Registry Operator and its administrative and technical contacts.   • Other Information and Inspections In each case subject to the last sentence of this Section 6.3, each Restricted Person will furnish to each Lender any information which Administrative Agent or any Lender may from time to time request concerning any covenant, provision or condition of the Loan Documents or any matter in connection with Restricted Persons' businesses and operations. In each case subject to the last sentence of this Section 6.3, each Restricted Person will permit representatives appointed by Administrative Agent (including independent accountants, auditors, agents, attorneys, appraisers and any other Persons) to visit and inspect during normal business hours any of such Restricted Person's property, including its books of account, other books and records, and any facilities or other business assets, and to make extra copies therefrom and photocopies and photographs thereof, and to write down and record any information such representatives obtain, and each Restricted Person shall permit Administrative Agent or its representatives to investigate and verify the accuracy of the information furnished to Administrative Agent or any Lender in connection with the Loan Documents and to discuss all such matters with its officers, employees and, upon prior notice to Borrower, its representatives. Each of the foregoing inspections shall be made subject to compliance with applicable safety standards and the same conditions applicable to any Restricted Person in respect of property of that Restricted Person on the premises of Persons other than a Restricted Person or an Affiliate of a Restricted Person, and all information, books and records furnished or requested to be furnished, or of which copies, photocopies or photographs are made or requested to be made, all information to be investigated or verified and all discussions conducted with any officer, employee or representative of any Restricted Person shall be subject to any applicable attorney-client privilege exceptions which the Restricted Person determines is reasonably necessary and compliance with conditions to disclosures under non-disclosure agreements between any Restricted Person and Persons other than a Restricted Person or an Affiliate of a Restricted Person and the express undertaking of each Person acting at the direction of or on behalf of any Lender Party to be bound by the confidentiality provisions of Section 10.6 of this Agreement.

  • Presentations In the event the Prime is afforded the opportunity to make presentations, whether orally or in writing, to potential customers concerning the Procurement, the content of such presentations may, at the Prime’s discretion, be made known to the Subcontractor, subject to any prohibitions or restrictions that may be imposed by the Government upon such disclosure. The Subcontractor agrees to support such presentations, as may be requested by the Prime, to the extent such presentations relate to the Subcontractor’s area of work as defined in Exhibit A.

  • Documentation of Disclosures Business Associate agrees to document disclosures of PHI and information related to such disclosures as would be required for a Covered Entity to respond to a request by an individual for an accounting of disclosures of PHI in accordance with 45 C.F.R. 164.528 and HITECH.
