Disclosure of Information Subject to Standards of Conduct. If a Party furnishes information marked as “Standards of Conduct Information” at the time of its furnishing, ColumbiaGrid shall not disclose such information to any Party, including the disclosing Party, or any Third Person unless such disclosure would be consistent with the Commission’s regulations in 18 C.F.R. Part 358.
