Regulatory Filings, if Any. ColumbiaGrid shall make any necessary regulatory filing of this Agreement (promptly after it is offered) or subsequent amendments with the Commission on behalf of each Planning Party that would otherwise have to submit this Agreement for filing because it is subject to Commission jurisdiction and that requests ColumbiaGrid to make such a filing.
