Disclosure of Personal Assets. A bargaining unit member shall not be required or requested to disclose any item of the member's personal property, income, assets, sources of income, debts, personal or domestic expenditures (including those of any member of the member's household), unless: (1) The information is necessary in investigating a violation of any federal, state, or local law, rule, or regulation with respect to the performance of official duties, or (2) Such disclosure is required by federal, state, or local law.
