Procedure Generally. The parties agree to submit the Dispute to a single arbitrator selected from a panel of JAMS arbitrators. The arbitration will be governed by the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect at the time the arbitration is commenced, subject to the terms and modifications of this Agreement. If for any reason JAMS cannot serve as the arbitration administrator or cannot fulfill the panel requirements of the Arbitration Provision, the Company may select an alternative arbitration administrator, such as AAA, to serve under the terms of this Agreement.

Procedure Generally. The following procedures shall apply to the administration of all grievances filed under this procedure.
Procedure Generally. Nothing in this article shall be interpreted as discouraging or prohibiting informal discussions of a dispute prior to the filing of the grievance. A grievance shall be started by the employee or the union representative starting at Step 1. Grievances must be started within fourteen (14) calendar days following the occurrence giving rise to the dispute. Discipline grievance shall be filed by the union or the employee within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the notice of discipline by the disciplined employee at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure. Any grievance that is not timely appealed to the next step of the procedure will be deemed to have been settled on the basis of the Employer’s answer at the last completed step.
