Disclosure of Personal Data. 18.1 To enable the Bank to consider whether to provide the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember with any financial, insurance, credit card, banking account, related product or service; (b) reward, loyalty or privileges programmes and related product or service; and (c) services and products offered by the Bank’s co-branding partners (collectively, “service” or “services”) the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember is required to supply to the Bank from time to time the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s personal details and information pertaining to any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s account held with the Bank and any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s transactions and dealings with or through the Bank (“Personal Data”) and failure to do so may result in the Bank’s inability to provide such service. The Personal Data will be used for considering the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s request and subject to the Bank agreeing to provide such service, the Personal Data will be used in connection with the purposes set out in Clauses 18.2 and 18.3 below. 18.2 Subject to Clause 18.4, the Account Holder and/or Cardmember agrees that the Bank may use, store, disclose, transfer, compile, match, obtain and/or exchange (all whether within or outside Malaysia) such Personal Data to, from or with any person as the Bank may consider necessary including without limitation: (a) any member of the ICBC Group which (i) provides group management oversight of the Bank and/or global and regional support, or (ii) carries on business within the financial services industry, or (iii) is a provider of services to other members of the ICBC Group; (b) any service provider or third party; (c) any banks, credit or charge card companies or merchants in credit or charge card enquiries; (d) any information gathering or processing organization conducting survey(s) or analyses or developing system applications on the Bank’s behalf; (e) China UnionPay; (f) any person or organisation involved in the sending or delivering of any communication to the Cardmember’s last known address on our records; (g) any credit bureaus or credit reference agencies established by any other authorities; (h) any debt collection agencies that may be appointed by the Bank; (i) any third party financial institution, insurers, credit card companies, securities and investment services providers, third party reward, loyalty or privileges or programme providers and/or co-branding partners of the Bank; for any and all purposes including without limitation: i. in connection with such service and/or in connection with matching for whatever purpose (whether or not with a view to taking any adverse action against the Cardmember) any such Personal Data with the Personal Data concerning the Cardmember in the Bank’s possession; and/or ii. in connection with operation of the Card Account (including credit check); and/or iii. for purposes of improving and furthering the provision of other services by the Bank, any member of the ICBC Group and/or co-branding partner of the Bank to the Cardmember generally; and/or iv. for purposes of fraud or crime prevention, audit and debt collection and in order that services may be processed for the Bank; and/or v. for purposes of investigating, reporting, preventing or otherwise in relation to money laundering, terrorist financing and criminal activities generally; and/or vi. for purposes of any legal process initiated by or served on, the Bank (whether or not the Bank is a party); and/or vii. any other purposes and to such persons as may be in accordance with the Bank’s general policy on privacy and disclosure of Personal Data as set out in statements, circulars, notices or other terms and conditions made available by the Bank to the Cardmember from time to time. 19.3 The Cardmember understands that the Bank, or any member of the ICBC Group or any third party to whom the Bank has transmitted information about the Personal Data, will be obliged to disclose such information if legally compelled to do so (whether by Malaysian law or the law of any jurisdiction to which such information is transmitted). The Bank may transfer the Personal Data outside Malaysia. Other countries may not provide the same level of protection for data as Malaysia. However, all Personal Data held by the ICBC Group or by its sub-contractors or agents will be afforded a high level of protection against any unauthorised or accidental disclosure, access or deletion. The Cardmember agrees to the Personal Data being used as described and that it may be transferred as stated above. Depending on the type of data, including but not limited to Personal Data and information pertaining to the Cardmember’s account, and where it is held, the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember may be entitled to request details (including copies) of the information that the Bank holds about the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember and to require the Bank to correct any inaccuracies. The Bank may charge a fee for the providing of any data. The Cardmember agrees that the opt-in and consent for disclosure in the Card application form constitutes the Cardmember’s consent for the Bank to use, analyse and assess information held about the Cardmember (excluding information relating to the affairs or account of the Cardmember) and to give the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember information about products and services (in respect of which the Bank may or may not be remunerated) from members of the ICBC Group and those of selected third parties which the Bank thinks may interest the Cardmember via telephone, mobile phone, electronic media, post or other means. The Bank may pass this information to other members of the ICBC Group so that they may do the same unless the Cardmember has objected to such disclosure for purposes of cross-selling. 18.5 Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing provisions, the Bank acknowledges that (a) it shall not disclose the Cardmember’s information to third parties (other than ICBC Group) without obtaining the consent of the Cardmembers, unless legally permitted or approved by Bank Negara Malaysia. (b) it shall not disclose the Cardmember’s information to ICBC Group for the purposes of cross-selling if such disclosure if objected to by the Cardmember; (c) it shall only disclose the Cardmember’s information (excluding information relating to the Cardmember’s affairs and conducts) to third parties, including ICBC Group for strategic alliance, marketing and promotional purposed, only if the Cardmember has expressly opted-in and consented to such disclosure. The Account Holder and/or the Cardmember may, at any time thereafter, choose not to receive direct marketing information. v. for purposes of investigating, reporting, preventing or otherwise in relation to money laundering, terrorist financing and criminal activities generally; and/or
vi. for purposes of any legal process initiated by or served on, the Bank (whether or not the Bank is a party); and/or
vii. any other purposes and to such persons as may be in accordance with the Bank’s general policy on privacy and disclosure of Personal Data as set out in statements, circulars, notices or other terms and conditions made available by the Bank to the Cardmember from time to time.

(b) it shall not disclose the Cardmember’s information to ICBC Group for the purposes of cross-selling if such disclosure if objected to by the Cardmember;
(c) it shall only disclose the Cardmember’s information (excluding information relating to the Cardmember’s affairs and conducts) to third parties, including ICBC Group for strategic alliance, marketing and promotional purposed, only if the Cardmember has expressly opted-in and consented to such disclosure. The Account Holder and/or the Cardmember may, at any time thereafter, choose not to receive direct marketing information. Disclosure of Personal Data. 18.1 To enable the Bank to consider whether to provide the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember with any financial, insurance, credit card, banking account, related product or service; (b) reward, loyalty or privileges programmes and related product or service; and (c) services and products offered by the Bank’s co-branding partners (collectively, “service” or “services”) the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember is required to supply to the Bank from time to time the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s personal details and information pertaining to any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s account held with the Bank and any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s transactions and dealings with or through the Bank (“Personal Data”) and failure to do so may result in the Bank’s inability to provide such service. The Personal Data will be used for considering the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s request and subject to the Bank agreeing to provide such service, the Personal Data will be used in connection with the purposes set out in Clauses 18.2 and 18.3 below.
18.2 Subject to Clause 18.4, the Account Holder and/or Cardmember agrees that the Bank may use, store, disclose, transfer, compile, match, obtain and/or exchange (all whether within or outside Malaysia) such Personal Data to, from or with any person as the Bank may consider necessary including without limitation:
(a) any member of the ICBC Group which (i) provides group management oversight of the Bank and/or global and regional support, or (ii) carries on business within the financial services industry, or (iii) is a provider of services to other members of the ICBC Group;
(b) any service provider or third party;
(c) any banks, credit or charge card companies or merchants in credit or charge card enquiries;
(d) any information gathering or processing organization conducting survey(s) or analyses or developing system applications on the Bank’s behalf;
(e) China UnionPay;
(f) any person or organisation involved in the sending or delivering of any communication to the Cardmember’s last known address on our records;
(g) any credit bureaus or credit reference agencies established by any other authorities;
(h) any debt collection agencies that may be appointed by the Bank;
(i) any third party financial institution, insurers, credit card companies, securities and investment services providers, third party reward, loyalty or privileges or programme providers and/or co-co- branding partners of the Bank; for any and all purposes including without limitation:
i. in connection with such service and/or in connection with matching for whatever purpose (whether or not with a view to taking any adverse action against the Cardmember) any such Personal Data with the Personal Data concerning the Cardmember in the Bank’s possession; and/or
ii. in connection with operation of the Card Account (including credit check); and/or
iii. for purposes of improving and furthering the provision of other services by the Bank, any member of the ICBC Group and/or co-branding partner of the Bank to the Cardmember generally; and/or
iv. for purposes of fraud or crime prevention, audit and debt collection and in order that services may be processed for the Bank; and/or
v. for purposes of investigating, reporting, preventing or otherwise in relation to money laundering, terrorist financing and criminal activities generally; and/or
vi. for purposes of any legal process initiated by or served on, the Bank (whether or not the Bank is a party); and/or
vii. any other purposes and to such persons as may be in accordance with the Bank’s general policy on privacy and disclosure of Personal Data as set out in statements, circulars, notices or other terms and conditions made available by the Bank to the Cardmember from time to time.
19.3 18.3 The Cardmember understands that the Bank, or any member of the ICBC Group or any third party to whom the Bank has transmitted information about the Personal Data, will be obliged to disclose such information if legally compelled to do so (whether by Malaysian law or the law of any jurisdiction to which such information is transmitted). The Bank may transfer the Personal Data outside Malaysia. Other countries may not provide the same level of protection for data as Malaysia. However, all Personal Data held by the ICBC Group or by its sub-contractors or agents will be afforded a high level of protection against any unauthorised or accidental disclosure, access or deletion. The Cardmember agrees to the Personal Data being used as described and that it may be transferred as stated above. Depending on the type of data, including but not limited to Personal Data and information pertaining to the Cardmember’s account, and where it is held, the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember may be entitled to request details (including copies) of the information that the Bank holds about the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember and to require the Bank to correct any inaccuracies. The Bank may charge a fee for the providing of any data. 18.4 The Cardmember acknowledges and understands that he/she is given an option whether to allow disclosure of his/her information for purposes of cross-selling, marketing and promoting services and products (in respect of which the Bank may or may not be remunerated) as may be provided and/or marketed by:
(a) the Bank and any member of ICBC Group;
(b) third party financial institution, insurers, credit card companies, securities and investment services providers;
(c) third party reward, loyalty or privileges or programme providers; and
(d) co-branding partners of the Bank and any member of ICBC Group. The Cardmember agrees that the opt-in and consent for disclosure in the Card application form constitutes the Cardmember’s consent for the Bank to use, analyse and assess information held about the Cardmember (excluding information relating to the affairs or account of the Cardmember) and to give the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember information about products and services (in respect of which the Bank may or may not be remunerated) from members of the ICBC Group and those of selected third parties which the Bank thinks may interest the Cardmember via telephone, mobile phone, electronic media, post or other means. The Bank may pass this information to other members of the ICBC Group so that they may do the same unless the Cardmember has objected to such disclosure for purposes of cross-selling.
18.5 Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing provisions, the Bank acknowledges that
(a) it shall not disclose the Cardmember’s information to third parties (other than ICBC Group) without obtaining the consent of the Cardmembers, unless legally permitted or approved by Bank Negara Malaysia.
(b) it shall not disclose the Cardmember’s information to ICBC Group for the purposes of cross-cross- selling if such disclosure if objected to by the Cardmember;
(c) it shall only disclose the Cardmember’s information (excluding information relating to the Cardmember’s affairs and conducts) to third parties, including ICBC Group for strategic alliance, marketing and promotional purposed, only if the Cardmember has expressly opted-in and consented to such disclosure. 18.4 The Cardmember acknowledges and understands that he/she is given an option whether to allow disclosure of his/her information for purposes of cross-selling, marketing and promoting services and products (in respect of which the Bank may or may not be remunerated) as may be provided and/or marketed by:
(a) the Bank and any member of ICBC Group;
(b) third party financial institution, insurers, credit card companies, securities and investment services providers;
(c) third party reward, loyalty or privileges or programme providers; and
(d) co-branding partners of the Bank and any member of ICBC Group. The Cardmember agrees that the opt-in and consent for disclosure in the Card application form constitutes the Cardmember’s consent for the Bank to use, analyse and assess information held about the Cardmember (excluding information relating to the affairs or account of the Cardmember) and to give the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember information about products and services (in respect of which the Bank may or may not be remunerated) from members of the ICBC Group and those of selected third parties which the Bank thinks may interest the Cardmember via telephone, mobile phone, electronic media, post or other means. The Bank may pass this information to other members of the ICBC Group so that they may do the same unless the Cardmember has objected to such disclosure for purposes of cross-selling.
18.5 Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing provisions, the Bank acknowledges that
(a) it shall not disclose the Cardmember’s information to third parties (other than ICBC Group) without obtaining the consent of the Cardmembers, unless legally permitted or approved by Bank Negara Malaysia.
(b) it shall not disclose the Cardmember’s information to ICBC Group for the purposes of cross-selling if such disclosure if objected to by the Cardmember;
(c) it shall only disclose the Cardmember’s information (excluding information relating to the Cardmember’s affairs and conducts) to third parties, including ICBC Group for strategic alliance, marketing and promotional purposed, only if the Cardmember has expressly opted-in and consented to such disclosure. The Account Holder and/or the Cardmember may, at any time thereafter, choose not to receive direct marketing information. In that case, the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember shall inform the Bank in writing to Credit Card department at: Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad Xxxxx 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx 00000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx with the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s request and the Bank will delete the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s name from its direct marketing mailing lists without charge.

Disclosure of Personal Data. 18.1 To enable the Bank to consider whether to provide the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember with any financial, insurance, credit card, banking account, related product or service; (b) reward, loyalty or privileges programmes and related product or service; and (c) services and products offered by the Bank’s co-branding partners (collectively, “service” or “services”) the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember is required to supply to the Bank from time to time the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s personal details and information pertaining to any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s account held with the Bank and any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s transactions and dealings with or through the Bank (“Personal Data”) and failure to do so may result in the Bank’s inability to provide such service. The Personal Data will be used for considering the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s request and subject to the Bank agreeing to provide such service, the Personal Data will be used in connection with the purposes set out in Clauses 18.2 and 18.3 below.
18.2 Subject to Clause 18.4, the Account Holder and/or Cardmember agrees that the Bank may use, store, disclose, transfer, compile, match, obtain and/or exchange (all whether within or outside Malaysia) such Personal Data to, from or with any person as the Bank may consider necessary including without limitation:
(a) any member of the ICBC Group which (i) provides group management oversight of the Bank and/or global and regional support, or (ii) carries on business within the financial services industry, or (iii) is a provider of services to other members of the ICBC Group;
(b) any service provider or third party;
(c) any banks, credit or charge card companies or merchants in credit or charge card enquiries;
(d) any information gathering or processing organization conducting survey(s) or analyses or developing system applications on the Bank’s behalf;
(e) China UnionPayVisa International or Visa group of companies;
(f) any person or organisation involved in the sending or delivering of any communication to the Cardmember’s last known address on our records;
(g) any credit bureaus or credit reference agencies established by any other authorities;
(h) any debt collection agencies that may be appointed by the Bank;
(i) any third party financial institution, insurers, credit card companies, securities and investment services providers, third party reward, loyalty or privileges or programme providers and/or co-branding partners of the Bank; for any and all purposes including without limitation:
i. (i) in connection with such service and/or in connection with matching for whatever purpose (whether or not with a view to taking any adverse action against the Cardmember) any such Personal Data with the Personal Data concerning the Cardmember in the Bank’s possession; and/or
(ii. ) in connection with operation of the Card Account (including credit check); and/or
(iii. ) for purposes of improving and furthering the provision of other services by the Bank, any member of the ICBC Group and/or co-branding partner of the Bank to the Cardmember generally; and/or
(iv. ) for purposes of fraud or crime prevention, audit and debt collection and in order that services may be processed for the Bank; and/or
v. (v) for purposes of investigating, reporting, preventing or otherwise in relation to money laundering, terrorist financing and criminal activities generally; and/or
(vi. ) for purposes of any legal process initiated by or served on, the Bank (whether or not the Bank is a party); and/or
(vii. ) any other purposes and to such persons as may be in accordance with the Bank’s general policy on privacy and disclosure of Personal Data as set out in statements, circulars, notices or other terms and conditions made available by the Bank to the Cardmember from time to time.
19.3 18.3 The Cardmember understands that the Bank, or any member of the ICBC Group or any third party to whom the Bank has transmitted information about the Personal Data, will be obliged to disclose such information if legally compelled to do so (whether by Malaysian law or the law of any jurisdiction to which such information is transmitted). The Bank may transfer the Personal Data outside Malaysia. Other countries may not provide the same level of protection for data as Malaysia. However, all Personal Data held by the ICBC Group or by its sub-contractors or agents will be afforded a high level of protection against any unauthorised or accidental disclosure, access or deletion. The Cardmember agrees to the Personal Data being used as described and that it may be transferred as stated above. Depending on the type of data, including but not limited to Personal Data and information pertaining to the Cardmember’s account, and where it is held, the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember may be entitled to request details (including copies) of the information that the Bank holds about the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember and to require the Bank to correct any inaccuracies. i. (i) in connection with such service and/or in connection with matching for whatever purpose (whether or not with a view to taking any adverse action against the Cardmember) any such Personal Data with the Personal Data concerning the Cardmember in the Bank’s possession; and/or
(ii. ) in connection with operation of the Card Account (including credit check); and/or
(iii. ) for purposes of improving and furthering the provision of other services by the Bank, any member of the ICBC Group and/or co-branding partner of the Bank to the Cardmember generally; and/or
(iv. ) for purposes of fraud or crime prevention, audit and debt collection and in order that services may be processed for the Bank; and/or
v. (v) for purposes of investigating, reporting, preventing or otherwise in relation to money laundering, terrorist financing and criminal activities generally; and/or
(vi. ) for purposes of any legal process initiated by or served on, the Bank (whether or not the Bank is a party); and/or
vii. any and/or (vii).any other purposes and to such persons as may be in accordance with the Bank’s general policy on privacy and disclosure of Personal Data as set out in statements, circulars, notices or other terms and conditions made available by the Bank to the Cardmember from time to time.
19.3 The Cardmember understands that the Bank, or any member of the ICBC Group or any third party to whom the Bank has transmitted information about the Personal Data, will be obliged to disclose such information if legally compelled to do so (whether by Malaysian law or the law of any jurisdiction to which such information is transmitted). The Bank may transfer the Personal Data outside Malaysia. Other countries may not provide the same level of protection for data as Malaysia. However, all Personal Data held by the ICBC Group or by its sub-contractors or agents will be afforded a high level of protection against any unauthorised or accidental disclosure, access or deletion. The Cardmember agrees to the Personal Data being used as described and that it may be transferred as stated above. 18.3 Depending on the type of data, including but not limited to Personal Data and information pertaining to the Cardmember’s account, and where it is held, the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember may be entitled to request details (including copies) of the information that the Bank holds about the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember and to require the Bank to correct any inaccuracies. The Bank may charge a fee for the providing of any data. 18.4 The Cardmember acknowledges and understands that he/she is given an option whether to allow disclosure of his/her information for purposes of cross-selling, marketing and promoting services and products (in respect of which the Bank may or may not be remunerated) as may be provided and/or marketed by:
(a) the Bank and any member of ICBC Group;
(b) third party financial institution, insurers, credit card companies, securities and investment services providers;
(c) third party reward, loyalty or privileges or programme providers; and
(d) co-branding partners of the Bank and any member of ICBC Group. The Cardmember agrees that the opt-in and consent for disclosure in the Card application form constitutes the Cardmember’s consent for the Bank to use, analyse and assess information held about the Cardmember (excluding information relating to the affairs or account of the Cardmember) and to give the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember information about products and services (in respect of which the Bank may or may not be remunerated) from members of the ICBC Group and those of selected third parties which the Bank thinks may interest the Cardmember via telephone, mobile phone, electronic media, post or other means. The Bank may pass this information to other members of the ICBC Group so that they may do the same unless the Cardmember has objected to such disclosure for purposes of cross-selling.
18.5 Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing provisions, the Bank acknowledges that
(a) it shall not disclose the Cardmember’s information to third parties (other than ICBC Group) without obtaining the consent of the Cardmembers, unless legally permitted or approved by Bank Negara Malaysia.
(b) it shall not disclose the Cardmember’s information to ICBC Group for the purposes of cross-selling if such disclosure if objected to by the Cardmember;
(c) it shall only disclose the Cardmember’s information (excluding information relating to the Cardmember’s affairs and conducts) to third parties, including ICBC Group for strategic alliance, marketing and promotional purposed, only if the Cardmember has expressly opted-in and consented to such disclosure. The Account Holder and/or the Cardmember may, at any time thereafter, choose not to receive direct marketing information. Disclosure of Personal Data. 18.1 To enable the Bank to consider whether to provide the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember with any financial, insurance, credit card, banking account, related product or service; (b) reward, loyalty or privileges programmes and related product or service; and (c) services and products offered by the Bank’s co-branding partners (collectively, “service” or “services”) the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember is required to supply to the Bank from time to time the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s personal details and information pertaining to any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s account held with the Bank and any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s transactions and dealings with or through the Bank (“Personal Data”) and failure to do so may result in the Bank’s inability to provide such service. The Personal Data will be used for considering the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s request and subject to the Bank agreeing to provide such service, the Personal Data will be used in connection with the purposes set out in Clauses 18.2 and 18.3 below.
18.2 Subject to Clause 18.4, the Account Holder and/or Cardmember agrees that the Bank may use, store, disclose, transfer, compile, match, obtain and/or exchange (all whether within or outside Malaysia) such Personal Data to, from or with any person as the Bank may consider necessary including without limitation:
(a) any member of the ICBC Group which (i) provides group management oversight of the Bank and/or global and regional support, or (ii) carries on business within the financial services industry, or (iii) is a provider of services to other members of the ICBC Group;
(b) any service provider or third party;
(c) any banks, credit or charge card companies or merchants in credit or charge card enquiries;
(d) any information gathering or processing organization conducting survey(s) or analyses or developing system applications on the Bank’s behalf;
(e) China UnionPayVisa International or Visa group of companies;
(f) any person or organisation involved in the sending or delivering of any communication to the Cardmember’s last known address on our records;
(g) any credit bureaus or credit reference agencies established by any other authorities;
(h) any debt collection agencies that may be appointed by the Bank;
(i) any third party financial institution, insurers, credit card companies, securities and investment services providers, third party reward, loyalty or privileges or programme providers and/or co-co- branding partners of the Bank; for any and all purposes including without limitation:
i. in connection with such service and/or in connection with matching for whatever purpose (whether or not with a view to taking any adverse action against the Cardmember) any such Personal Data with the Personal Data concerning the Cardmember in the Bank’s possession; and/or
ii. in connection with operation of the Card Account (including credit check); and/or
iii. for purposes of improving and furthering the provision of other services by the Bank, any member of the ICBC Group and/or co-branding partner of the Bank to the Cardmember generally; and/or

Disclosure of Personal Data. 18.1 To enable the Bank to consider whether to provide the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember with any financial, insurance, credit card, banking account, related product or service; (b) reward, loyalty or privileges programmes and related product or service; and (c) services and products offered by the Bank’s co-branding partners (collectively, “service” or “services”) the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember is required to supply to the Bank from time to time the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s personal details and information pertaining to any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s account held with the Bank and any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s transactions and dealings with or through the Bank (“Personal Data”) and failure to do so may result in the Bank’s inability to provide such service. The Personal Data will be used for considering the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s request and subject to the Bank agreeing to provide such service, the Personal Data will be used in connection with the purposes set out in Clauses 18.2 and 18.3 below.
18.2 Subject to Clause 18.4, the Account Holder and/or Cardmember agrees that the Bank may use, store, disclose, transfer, compile, match, obtain and/or exchange (all whether within or outside Malaysia) such Personal Data to, from or with any person as the Bank may consider necessary including without limitation:
