Common use of Disclosure of Specified Documents Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Specified Documents. The Concessionaire shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of this Concession Agreement, the maintenance programme and (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”), free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days on the site and Concessionaire’s Registered Office. The Concessionaire shall prominently make the Specified Documents available for such inspection, and shall provide copies of the same to Maha-Metro, free of any charges.

The Concessionaire shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of this Concession Agreement, the maintenance programme Maintenance Manual, the Maintenance Programme, the Maintenance Requirements, Financial Statements and such other document as may be specified by the Authority from time to time (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”), free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days on at the site and Concessionaire’s Registered Office. The Concessionaire shall prominently make the Specified Documents available for such inspection, and shall provide copies of the same to Maha-Metro, free of any charges.

The Concessionaire shall prominently make the Specified Documents available for such inspection, and shall provide copies of the same to Maha-Metro, free of any charges.
