Restriction on sub-letting. The Concessionaire shall not sublicense or sublet the whole or any part of the Site, save and except as may be expressly set forth in this Agreement; provided that nothing contained herein shall be construed or interpreted as restricting the right of the Concessionaire to appoint Contractors for the performance of its obligations hereunder including for operation and maintenance of all or any part of the Project.
