Common use of Disclosure of Tax Identification Number Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Tax Identification Number. Design-Builder shall provide its federal tax ID number to the Owner. This number is requested pursuant to ORS 305.385(2) & (3), OAR 125-246-0333(5)(d) and OAR 150-305.385(6)-(A). The Tax Identification Number provided pursuant to this authority will be used for the administration of state, federal and local tax laws.
