Common use of Disclosure of Termination Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Termination. Subject to the requirements of any Exchange on which securities of the Company may be listed or the securities laws, and except for terminations for Cause or the death or Disability of the Executive, any public disclosure of the termination of this Agreement by the Company shall be subject to prior review and approval by the Executive, which review and approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
