Common use of Disclosure of Terms Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Terms. The existence and provisions of any Transaction Document, the negotiations relating to any Transaction Document and any non-public material information with respect to a Party’s business and operations (collectively, the “Confidential Information”), shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed by any Party to any third party.
