Airframe. The Airbus A300F4-605R aircraft (excluding the Engines or engines from time to time installed thereon) to be leased by the Lessor to the Lessee pursuant to the Lease and the initial Lease Supplement and having the United States FAA Registration Number initially and manufacturer's serial number specified in the initial Lease Supplement, including (i) all Parts in respect thereof and (ii) any Replacement Airframe which may be substituted pursuant to Section 11.03

Airframe the aircraft (excluding Engines or engines from time to time installed thereon) manufactured by Airframe Manufacturer and identified by Airframe Manufacturer’s model number, United States registration number, and Airframe Manufacturer’s serial number in the Aircraft Description Exhibit, or (2) any Replacement Airframe, and in either case including any and all Parts incorporated or installed in or attached or appurtenant to such airframe, and any and all Parts removed from such airframe, unless the Lien of the Mortgage does not apply to such Parts in accordance with Section 4.4 of the Mortgage. Upon substitution of a Replacement Airframe under and in accordance with the Mortgage, such Replacement Airframe shall become subject to the Mortgage and shall be the “Airframe” for all purposes of the Operative Agreements, and the replaced Airframe shall cease to be subject to the Mortgage and shall cease to be the “Airframe”.
Airframe. Fresh from next Block C Check, excluding hours and cycles used on the Demonstration/Ferry Flights, with a minimum of 3,000 hours remaining until the next C7 Check/Structural Inspection.

Lessee will be responsible for ensuring that all airworthiness limitations checks shall be current and in compliance with the latest standard of the Cessna 208B MRB or Pilatus PC-12 MRB, as applicable. Upon return to Lessor each Airframe and its components shall individually have the same or greater time remaining to the next-due overhaul or limiter as the Aircraft at the Closing Date;
Airframe. In the event that the Airframe does not meet the conditions set forth in Section II (b) (ii) above, Lessee shall pay Lessor an amount equal to the sum of the product of the current estimated cost of the next scheduled major airframe and pressure vessel inspection (including in such estimated cost, all required replacement of life limited parts) multiplied by the fraction wherein the numerator shall be the greater of (i) zero and (ii) the remainder of (x) the actual number of respective operating hours or months of operation since previous major airframe and pressure vessel inspection, minus (y) 50% of the respective total operating hours or months of operation allowable between scheduled major airframe and pressure vessel inspections, and the denominator shall be the respective total operating hours or months of operation between scheduled major airframe and pressure vessel inspections.
