Common use of Disclosure of Terms Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Terms. The terms and conditions of this Agreement, the other Transaction Documents, any term sheet or memorandum of understanding entered into pursuant to the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby, all exhibits and schedules attached hereto and thereto, and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby (collectively, the “Confidential Information”), including their existence, shall be considered confidential information and the Parties hereto shall not, and shall procure their respective Affiliates not to, disclose to any third party except as permitted in accordance with the provisions set forth below.
