Disclosure to Affiliated Entities. Parties will have the right to disclose another Party’s Background or Foreground to any of its Affiliated Entities, provided that prior consent of the disclosing Party is obtained and such Affiliated Entities are bound by confidentiality obligations not less stringent than the ones of the Consortium Agreement.
