Without notice to or the consent of Borrower, Bondowner Representative may disclose to any title insurance company insuring any interest of Bondowner Representative under the Deed of Trust (whether as primary insurer, coinsurer or reinsurer) any information, data or material in Bondowner Representative’s possession relating to Borrower, the Loan, the Project or the Property.
