Common use of Disclosure to Title Company Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to Title Company. Without notice to or the consent of Borrower, Bondowner Representative may disclose to any title insurance company insuring any interest of Bondowner Representative under the Deed of Trust (whether as primary insurer, coinsurer or reinsurer) any information, data or material in Bondowner Representative’s possession relating to Borrower, the Loan, the Project or the Property.

Disclosure to Title Company. Without notice to or the consent of BorrowerXxxxxxxx, Bondowner Representative may disclose to any title insurance company insuring any interest of Bondowner Representative under the Deed of Trust (whether as primary insurer, coinsurer or reinsurer) any information, data or material in Bondowner Representative’s possession relating to Borrower, the Loan, the Project or the Property.

Without notice to or the consent of BorrowerXxxxxxxx, Bondowner Representative may disclose to any title insurance company insuring which insures any interest of Bondowner Representative Trustee, Issuer or Bondholder under the Deed of Trust Mortgage (whether as primary insurer, coinsurer or reinsurer) any information, data or material in Bondowner Representative’s possession relating to Borrower, the Loan, the Project Loan or the PropertyProject.

Without notice to or the consent of Borrower, Bondowner Representative may disclose to any title insurance company insuring any interest of Bondowner Representative under the Deed of Trust (whether as primary insurer, coinsurer or reinsurer) any information, data or material in Bondowner Representative’s 's possession relating to Borrower, the Loan, the Project or the Property.
