Disconnection due to your actions. We can arrange for Western Power Networks to disconnect your electricity supply, acting in accordance with clause 12.6 and any applicable laws, if: (a) you fail to pay a xxxx in full by the due date shown on the xxxx; or (b) you do not give us or Western Power Networks safe and unrestricted access to the premises or the meter at the premises; or (c) you commit a fraud relating to our supply of electricity to you at the premises or any other premises; or (d) you get electricity supplied to the premises illegally; or (e) you fail to keep your equipment in good working order or condition; or (f) you get electricity supplied to the premises in breach of this contract; or (g) you commit a substantial breach of any of your obligations under this contract; or (h) without limiting any of the above paragraphs, you breach any of your obligations under this contract where that breach is capable of remedy and you fail to remedy the breach within 10 business days of us requesting you to do so.

(a) We can arrange for Western Power Networks to disconnect your electricity supply, acting in accordance with clause 12.6 and any applicable written laws, including the Code of Conduct if: (ai) subject to clause 11.3 of this contract, you fail to pay a xxxx bill in full by the due date shown on the xxxxbill; or (bii) you do not give us or Western Power Networks safe and unrestricted access to the premises or the meter at the premises; orthe (ciii) you commit a fraud relating to our there has been fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised use or supply of electricity to you at the premises or any other premises; or (div) you get electricity supplied to the premises illegally; or (ev) you fail to keep your equipment in good working order or condition; or (fvi) you breach the technical requirements; or (vii) you get electricity supplied to the premises in breach of this contract; or (gviii) you commit a substantial breach of any of your obligations under this contract; orthis (hix) without limiting any of the above paragraphssub-clauses, you breach any of your obligations under this contract where that breach is capable of remedy and you fail to remedy the breach within 10 business days of us requesting you to do so.
