Common use of Discontinuation of ICP properties Clause in Contracts

Discontinuation of ICP properties. If ICP discontinues provision of any property specified in Section 1.1, ICP shall continue to be obligated to pay AOL the full carriage fee specified in Section 1.5, provided that ICP and AOL shall negotiate in good faith for a "make-good" provision to ICP for the discontinued property, which may include carriage for another ICP property or provision to ICP of remnant AOL advertising inventory. Any such "make-good" provision shall occur during the Term of this Agreement.
