Anchor Tenancy. Beginning on the Launch Date (or upon the launch of the new version of the applicable screen or channel, as the case may be), ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the AOL Service as follows:

Anchor Tenancy. A prominent placement on a screen or form which is -------------- no less favorable in size and position on the screen than any other third party on such screen.
Anchor Tenancy. Beginning on the Launch Date, ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the Entertainment channel (or any specific successor thereof) offered on the AOL Service, as follows: AOL shall (a) continuously and prominently place an agreed-upon ICP logo or banner (an "Anchor Tenant Button") on each of the (i) Music channel main screen, and (ii) the Music Genre Screens (Alternative, Rock/Pop, R&B, Country, Jazz, Classical) (or any specific successors thereof) which Anchor Tenant Button(s) shall link to a Welcome Mat (as defined below), (b) provide ICP with any keyword(s) that the Parties mutually agree upon (subject to the terms of this Agreement) which shall link to a Welcome Mat, and (c) list the ICP Internet Site in AOL's "Directory of Services" and "Find" features. Except to the extent expressly described herein, the exact form, placement and nature of the Anchor Tenant Button(s) shall be determined by AOL in its reasonable editorial discretion, provided, however, that each of ICP's Anchor Tenant Buttons shall be of equal or greater size than any other anchor tenant's Anchor Tenant Button which is continuously displayed on the same screen. So long as ICP is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, there shall be no more than four (4) anchor tenants (including ICP) with their Anchor Tenant Buttons continuously displayed on any of the screens listed in clauses (a)(i) and (ii) above.
Anchor Tenancy. Beginning on the Launch Date, ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the Personal Finance channel (or any specific successor thereof) offered on the AOL Service, as follows: AOL shall (a) continuously and prominently place an agreed-upon ICP icon, symbol, name, logo or banner (each, an "Anchor Tenant Button") on the "Active Investor" screen (or any specific successor thereof), on which ICP's Anchor Tenant Button shall be ***** Anchor Tenant Buttons, and the "Investing Forums" screen (or any specific successor thereof), on which ICP's Anchor Tenant Button shall be ***** (based on relevant factors, e.g. ***** considered as a whole and not individually) ***** any other anchor tenant's ***** which is continuously displayed on such screen. Such Anchor Tenant Buttons shall each, through a uniform resource locator ("URL"), link to the Welcome Mat on the World Wide Web, or to some other mutually agreed-upon area(s) within the AOL Network ---------------------- ***** Confidential treatment has been requested for the redacted portions. The placements specified in Exhibit A shall be comparable to the placement of other standard anchor tenants on the relevant screens.

Anchor Tenancy. Beginning on the Launch Date and continuing during the remainder of the Term, ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the Health Channel offered on the AOL Service, as follows: AOL shall (a) continuously and prominently place an agreed-upon ICP logo or banner on the Health Channel main screen and the Health Channel's Illness & Treatments and Support Groups Experts subscreens (or, with respect to any such screens, any specific successors thereof) (collectively, the "Screens"); (b)provide ICP with the keyword "Ask-A-Doctor" which shall Link to the Welcome Mat(s) (as defined below); and (c) list ICP in AOL's "Directory of Services" and "Find" features. AOL shall also use reasonable efforts to program the ICP Internet Site, or Content therefrom, into the Health Channel's Healthy Living subscreen.
Anchor Tenancy. During the term, ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the AOL Brand Service, as follows: AOL shall: (a) continuously and prominently place a mutually agreed upon ICP logo, ***** as determined by ICP but subject to the guidelines set forth in Exhibit "A-1" (provided that AOL shall have the right to amend Exhibit A-1 in good faith to incorporate additional reasonable guidelines) on the main Sports Channel screen (or any specific successor thereof) on the AOL Brand Service (the "MAIN SPORTS SCREEN"), with prominent placement to be mutually agreed-upon, provided that ICP shall have a first right to choose placement from the available options (such right to extend to any subsequent substantial interface redesigns to the Main Sports Screen made by AOL during the Term) and ***** during the Term; (b) continuously include the Licensed Content (as defined in section 1.2 below) adjacent to attribution to ICP as the source of such content *****; provided, however, that the inclusion of Licensed Content with respect to any of the foregoing screens not launched as of the Effective Date shall be applicable as of the date of launch of such screen(s); and provided, further, that the Licensed Content included in the screens specified in this Section l.l(b) shall generally be Content drawn (as determined by AOL based on the quality and relevance of such Content) from an area of the ICP Interactive Site designated by ICP which shall contain the Licensed Content, or, if not from such designated area, then such other Licensed Content as determined by AOL in consultation with ICP.
