Common use of Discontinuation of JSC Clause in Contracts

Discontinuation of JSC. The JSC shall continue to exist until the Parties mutually agree to disband the JSC. Once the JSC is disbanded, the JSC shall have no further obligations under this Agreement and, thereafter, the Alliance Managers shall be the points of contact for the exchange of information under this Agreement, and the Parties shall reach decision directly on matters that are subject to the decision of the JSC as set forth in Section 3.1.

Discontinuation of JSC. The JSC shall continue to exist until the Parties mutually agree to disband the JSC. Once the JSC is disbanded, the JSC shall have no further obligations under this Agreement and, thereafter, the Alliance Managers shall be the points of contact for the exchange of information under this Agreement, and the Parties shall reach decision directly on matters that are subject to the decision of the JSC as set forth in Section 3.1.

Discontinuation of JSC. The JSC shall will continue to exist until the Parties mutually agree first to disband the JSCoccur of (a) [***] or (b) [***]. Once the JSC is disbanded, the JSC shall will have no further obligations under this Agreement and, thereafter, the Alliance Relationship Managers shall will be the points of contact for the exchange of information between the Parties under this Agreement, and the Parties shall reach decision directly on matters that are subject to the decision of the JSC as set forth in Section 3.1.

Once the JSC is disbanded, the JSC shall have no further obligations under this Agreement and, thereafter, the Alliance Managers shall be the points of contact for the exchange of information under this AgreementAgreement and decisions of the JSC shall be decisions between the Parties, and the Parties shall reach decision directly on matters that are subject to the decision other terms and conditions of this Agreement. The JDC, JCC and any Working Groups shall disband upon the disbandment of the JSC or earlier, as set forth in Section 3.1determined by the JSC.

Discontinuation of JSC. The JSC shall continue to exist until throughout the Term unless the Parties mutually unanimously agree to disband the JSC. Once the JSC is disbanded, the JSC shall have no further obligations under this Agreement and, thereafter, the Alliance Managers shall be the points of contact for the exchange of information under this Agreement, and the Parties shall reach decision directly on matters that are subject to the decision of the JSC as set forth in Section 3.1.

Any subcommittees and working groups established by the JSC as set forth in Section 3.1connection with the Research Program will dissolve on the date the JSC no longer exists.

Once the JSC is disbanded, Thereafter the JSC shall have no further obligations under this Agreement and, thereafter, the Alliance Managers shall be the points of contact for the exchange of information roles or responsibilities under this Agreement, . Any subcommittees and the Parties shall reach decision directly on matters that are subject to the decision of working groups established by the JSC as set forth in Section 3.1will dissolve when the JSC is dissolved.

Once the JSC is disbanded, the JSC shall have no further obligations under this Agreement and, thereafter, the Alliance Managers shall be the points of contact for the exchange of information under this AgreementAgreement and decisions of the JSC shall be decisions between the Parties, and the Parties shall reach decision directly on matters that are subject to the decision other terms and conditions of the JSC as set forth in Section 3.1this Agreement.

The JSC may be terminated with respect to exist until the Parties mutually agree a Collaboration Target pursuant to disband the JSC. Once the JSC is disbanded, the JSC shall have no further obligations under this Agreement and, thereafter, the Alliance Managers shall be the points Section 14.2.3(c) (Disbandment of contact for the exchange of information under this Agreement, and the Parties shall reach decision directly on matters that are subject to the decision of the JSC as set forth in Section 3.1Committees).
