Termination of Services 6.2. To promote a non-discriminatory work environment based on the principle of equality, employers and the trade union should adopt appropriate measures to ensure that employees with HIV and AIDS are not unfairly discriminated against and are protected from victimisation through positive measures such as: (i) preventing unfair discrimination and stigmatisation of people living with HIV or AIDS through the development of HIV/AIDS policies and programmes for the workplace; (ii) awareness, education and training on the rights of all persons with regard to HIV and AIDS; (iii) mechanisms to promote acceptance and openness around HIV/AIDS in the workplace; (iv) providing support for all employees infected or affected by HIV and AIDS; and (v) grievance procedures and disciplinary measures to deal with HIV-related complaints in the workplace. 7. Cessation of services The delegation or assignment of CONTRACTOR’s services, operation or administration to another entity without the prior written consent of COUNTY.
Continuation of Services The Contractor shall work with the current Subcontractor prior to cancellation date to ensure all consumer needs are identified and appropriate placements and transportation needs, as applicable, have been arranged. The Subcontractor shall maintain communication with the Contractor on the process of transferring consumers until all consumers are placed.
Early Termination of Services Termination at any time upon 90 days’ prior written notice. Following the written notice period and coinciding with the early termination by the Recipient of any Service(s) in this Schedule, Early Termination Fees equal to 75% of the monthly cost of such terminated Services shall be charged to Recipient monthly until the earlier of (i) three (3) months after termination or (ii) the expiration of the Term of this Schedule. Other Termination of Service If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three (3) months after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.
Termination of Service for Cause Upon a termination of the Participant’s Service by the Company for Cause the Option, including the Vested Portion, shall immediately terminate and be forfeited without consideration.
Suspension or Termination of Services You agree that Firstrade Securities Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of Firstrade Securities Inc.'s Electronic Services for any reason and without prior notice to you. You agree not to hold Firstrade Securities Inc. responsible or liable for any disruptions in service due to: telephone network, computer network or other system problems beyond the control of Firstrade Securities Inc.: system maintenance or system upgrades; or any other event or circumstance beyond the control of Firstrade Securities Inc.

Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section E shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section E requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.
Continuation of Service If the Recipient is an air carrier, until March 1, 2022, the Recipient shall comply with any applicable requirement issued by the Secretary of Transportation under section 4114(b) of the CARES Act to maintain scheduled air transportation service to any point served by the Recipient before March 1, 2020.
