Common use of Discount and Sale of Acceptances Clause in Contracts

Discount and Sale of Acceptances. (i) Except as otherwise provided in Section 2.04(j), each Canadian Tranche Lender shall purchase for its own account Acceptances accepted by such Canadian Tranche Lender on the date of such Borrowing at the purchase price equal to the face amount of such Acceptances less an amount equal to the amount (the “Discount”) that yields to such Canadian Tranche Lender (excluding the Stamping Fee) an interest rate per annum equal to the CDOR BA Rate applicable to such Acceptance for the applicable term of such Acceptances.
