Common use of Discounted Rates Clause in Contracts

Discounted Rates. Rate limitations; Free Care. Attached hereto is Schedule 6.28 that sets forth a true and complete list of the following for the Facilities: (i) any services that are provided based on a discount factor from the rates regularly charged at the Facilities; (ii) any restrictions or limitations on rates which may be charged to private pay residents for services provided at the Facilities; (iii) any percentage of beds or slots in any program at the Facilities that must be reserved for Medicare or Medicaid eligible residents and (iv) any amount of welfare, free or charity care or discounted government assisted resident care provided at the Facilities.
