Common use of Discounts and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Discounts and Benefits. For the avoidance of doubt, in connection with the calculation of the Costs and Expenses or the Third Party Costs hereunder, Provider shall disclose and credit to the applicable member of the Company Group, its respective share of any discounts, commissions and other benefits received by Provider or any of its employees from third parties as a consequence of the provision of the Services.
