Common use of Discounts, Rebates, and Promotions Clause in Contracts

Discounts, Rebates, and Promotions. A Party Lottery may offer Plays through discounts, rebates, or promotions, without Product Group approval for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days in any six-month period, as long as the full prize share is paid to the Product Group, without discount, and after a notice advising all Group members of the terms and dates of the offering. Amended June 3, 2010 to be effective September 14, 2010; March 29, 2013; June 14, 2016; June 15, 2017 to be effective with the drawing on October 31, 2017.
