Discredit the University. Engage in any business transactions or commerce, appear on any radio or television program or in any public forum, or make statements to the media or in any public forum that is contrary to public convention and morals, or commit any act which may bring Coach or the University into public contempt, scorn or ridicule, or that will offend public morals or decency as a result of such conduct or act; or
