Common use of Discretionary Bonus Clause in Contracts

In determining whether to award a bonus and the amount, if any, of such bonus, Employer may consider, among other factors, the achievement by Employer and Employee of the corporate objectives set forth on Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

For 2009, any discretionary bonus shall not be prorated, and instead shall be commensurate to a full year of service.
