Discretionary Employer Contribution. If the Employer specifies in the Adoption Agreement that discretionary Employer Contributions shall be made, the Employer Contribution made by the Employer and each Participating Affiliate for each Plan Year shall equal such amount, if any, as the Board determines in its discretion that the Employer and each Participating Affiliate shall contribute for such year.
