Discretionary Services Provided by Investment Manager. The Investment Manager you select for your Active Portfolios investments will provide you with discretionary investment advisory services according to the investment portfolio you select and the related investment objectives, and Reasonable Restrictions you may impose on the management of your Accounts. Generally, the Master Advisory Agreement (“Master Advisory Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Sponsor will govern the provision of these services.
