Account Valuation. For purposes of computing the Asset-based Fee on an Account, Sponsor will determine the value of your Account assets, which includes cash held in your Sweep Program, in good faith to reflect their estimated fair market value. You understand and acknowledge that Sponsor may rely on a third-party pricing service to make these valuation determinations. If a daily value is not available, the most recent valuation will be used.
Account Valuation. For purposes of calculating investment advisory fees, securities in the Account that are listed on a national securities exchange or on NASDAQ at the closing price will be valued on the valuation date, on the principal market where the securities are traded. Other securities or investments in the Account will be valued in a manner that AEWM and its service provider(s) believe in good faith reflects the fair market value.
Account Valuation. Manager will value the securities in the Account using independent pricing sources. All securities in the Account that are listed and traded on a national securities exchange shall be valued on the valuation date at the closing price on the principal market where the securities are traded. All other securities shall be valued in accordance with any reasonable valuation method selected by Manager, consistent with industry accepted practices. While Manager does its best to obtain representative market prices for all securities in the Account, such prices do not always reflect the price actually received or paid on the open market.

Where the market value of any security is not readily available, Client and the Manager will each choose one broker-dealer and the market value will be deemed to be the average of the values determined by the two broker-dealers.

In computing the market value of any investment of the Account, the securities in the Account listed on a national securities exchange or otherwise subject to current last sale reporting shall be valued at the amount reported on the statement that CLIENT receives from the Custodian. Such securities which are not traded nor subject to last sale reporting shall be valued at the latest available bid price reflected by quotations furnished to PROFI by such sources as it may deem appropriate. Any other security shall be valued in such manner as shall be determined in good faith by PROFI and CLIENT to reflect fair market value.
Account Valuation. The value of any securities denominated in currencies other than US dollars will be translated into dollars at the prevailing market rates as determined by EFI, which determination Client hereby confirms will be final. In computing the market value of any security or other investment in the Account, each security listed on a national securities exchange will be valued, as of the valuation date, at the closing price on the principal exchange on which it is traded. Any other security or investment in the Account will be valued in a manner determined in good faith by EFI to reflect fair market value, which determination Client hereby confirms will be final.

For the purposes of computing the Fees, or for any other reason, the market value of the Client Account (the "Client Account Value") shall be determined by the market value of the securities in the Client Account as quoted on the National Securities Exchange as of the date of valuation based upon the closing price of each security on the principle exchange on which they are traded, plus cash, accrued interest, accrued dividends and any other assets in the Client Account. Any other securities or investments in the Client Account shall be valued at fair market value.
