DISCRIMINATION AND COMMITTEES. 20.2.1 Owner Operators will not be discriminated against for being members of the Union, nor for serving on Committees representing Owner Operators. 20.2.2 Leaves of absence will be granted to Owner Operators serving on committees of their Unit, upon request to the officer in charge, to deal with Unit matters. Whenever possible seventy-two hours advance written notice will be given.
