Common use of Discrimination and Health and Safety Clause in Contracts

Discrimination and Health and Safety. 9.1 The Service Provider shall comply with any law which prohibits discrimination in relation to employment on the grounds of sex, disability, colour, race, ethnic or national origin or religion or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof relating to discrimination in employment. 9.2 The Service Provider shall comply with any law relating to the Health and Safety of the Service Provider’s own employees, including members of the public or any statutory modifications or re-enactment thereof relating to Health and Safety. 9.3 The Service Provider shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the observance of the provisions of paragraphs 10.1 and 10.2 above by all servants, employees or agents of the Service Provider and all sub-contractors employed in the provision of the services.
