DISCRIMINATION FORBIDDEN. The Employer shall be the sole judge of a worker's ability, qualifications, competence, and performance. No person shall be discriminated against for upholding lawful Union principles, and any person who serves on a Committee shall not lose their position or be discriminated against for this reason.
DISCRIMINATION FORBIDDEN. All terms and conditions of employment included in this Agreement shall be administered and applied without regard to race, gender, sexual preference, creed, disability and/or national origin except where bona fide occupations qualifications may, as recognized by the Law of the Jurisdiction, be shown to exist, the EMPLOYER shall not unlawfully discriminate against any ARTISTS because of their activities on behalf of AGMA.
DISCRIMINATION FORBIDDEN. EMPLOYER agrees that it will not discriminate against any ARTIST in compensation, performances, engagements or in its general relationship with any ARTIST, because of any such ARTIST’S activities on behalf of AGMA, nor shall EMPLOYER discriminate against any ARTIST because of his/her race, color, creed, sex, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or nationality.
DISCRIMINATION FORBIDDEN. Every person has a right to full and equal recognition and exercise of his or her human rights and freedoms, without distinction, exclusion or preference based on race, colour, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, civil status, age except as provided by law, religion, political convictions, language, ethnic or national origin, social condition, handicap or the use of any means to palliate a handicap.
DISCRIMINATION FORBIDDEN. The employment of all ARTISTS hereunder and all terms and conditions of employment included in this Agreement shall be administered and applied without regard to age, race, sex, sexual preference, religion, creed, disability and/or national origin except where bona fide occupational qualifications may, as recognized by the law of the jurisdiction, be shown to exist. The EMPLOYER shall not discriminate against any ARTISTS because of his/her activities on behalf of AGMA.
DISCRIMINATION FORBIDDEN. (a) No Discrimination for Union Activity There shall be no discrimination or reprisal by the EMPLOYER, or its representatives, or any other person connected with management or music direction against any ARTIST, other person, or labor organization for any AGMA activity including but not limited to, assertion of rights under this contract. Furthermore, the aforesaid representative shall not engage in conduct which will discriminate against persons on the basis of particular political beliefs or other opinions or beliefs, physical characteristics, race, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, union affiliation, union activity, or other employment.
DISCRIMINATION FORBIDDEN. All terms and conditions of employment included in this Agreement and membership and participation in AGMA shall be administered and applied without regard to race, color, sex, creed, religion, disability, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identify, marital and partnership status, pregnancy and lactation accommodations, arrest or conviction record, caregiver status, sexual and reproductive health decisions, status as a victim of domestic violence, stalking, and sex offenses, and/or citizenship status, except where bona fide occupational qualifications may, as recognized by the law of New York City, be shown to exist. The EMPLOYER shall not unlawfully discriminate against any ARTIST because of his or her activities on behalf of AGMA. This Section does not affect the application of Section 38(c).

DISCRIMINATION FORBIDDEN. EMPLOYER will not discriminate against any AGMA member because of such member's activities on behalf of AGMA, nor shall it discriminate against any ARTIST because of ARTIST's sex, age, race, color, handicap, marital status, religion, national origin or citizenship in accordance with immigration provisions, sexual orientation or affectional preference or as otherwise required by law.
DISCRIMINATION FORBIDDEN. Employees and applicants for employment shall not be subjected to discrimination as to race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or citizenship status in all employment decisions, including but not limited to recruitment, hiring, compensation, training and apprenticeship, promotion, upgrading, demotion, downgrading, transfer, lay-off and termination, and all other terms and conditions of employment, except where bona fide occupational qualifications may, as recognized by the law of the jurisdiction, be shown to exist. The Employer shall not unlawfully discriminate against any Artists because of his/her activities on behalf of AGMA.
