Discriminatory Acts Prohibited. X. Xxxxxx shall furnish any service rendered by Lessee in connection with or upon the Premises on a fair, equal and not unjustly discriminatory basis to all users thereof. In performing such services, Lessee shall charge fair, reasonable and not unjustly discriminatory prices or rates for each unit of service furnished, provided Lessee may allow for reasonable discounts, rebates or other similar types of price reductions to volume users or purchasers.
