Discussion of Concerns. The chief executive officer or equivalent executive of the Parties, including the Withdrawing Party, shall promptly discuss the reasons for the Withdrawing Party’s withdrawal to determine whether this Agreement can be amended in a manner that is acceptable to all of the Parties.
