Discussions with CRONA. Before the Employer makes any temporary reduction (of one month or more) of Regular Nurses covered by this Agreement, CRONA will in good faith work with the Employer to attempt to develop equitable staffing for the units affected, including the feasibility of the following: temporary reduction in work commitment by individual Nurses; credit for voluntary use of PTO; credit for enforced absent days; implementation of rotation of enforced absent days; proportional reduction of hours among Regular Nurses; cross-training.
