Discussions with CRONA. The Employer will advise and update CRONA of the status of current and planned unit shift patterns in Joint Conferences pursuant to Section 32. The Employer will give thirty (30) days notice to CRONA of anticipated changes in shift patterns where change involves shifts of less than eight (8) hours. Such shifts shall be posted and filled on a voluntary basis only.
