Standby An employee who is required to remain available for duty on standby, outside the normal working hours for that particular employee, shall receive standby pay in the amount of $3.30 per hour for all hours on standby. Effective September 29, 2016, where such standby duty falls on a paid holiday, as set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions, the employee shall receive standby pay in the amount of $4.90 per hour. Standby pay shall, however, cease where an employee is called into work under Article 15.06 above and works during the period of standby.
Invoicing for Charges Against the Judicial Council’s Master Account A. The Contractor shall establish a Master Account for the Judicial Council’s charges provided for under the exhibits of this Agreement.

DRAFT The Corporation shall give written notice to the Trustee of its selection of the Series and maturity payment of which shall be made in accordance with this Section. The Trustee shall select the Bonds of like Series and maturity payment of which shall be made in accordance with this Section in the manner provided in Section 4.04 hereof. Neither the Defeasance Securities nor money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to this Section nor principal or interest payments on any such Defeasance Securities shall be withdrawn or used for any purpose other than, and shall be held in trust for, the payment of the principal, Sinking Fund Installments, if any, or Redemption Price, if applicable, of and interest on said Bonds; provided, however, that any money received from such principal or interest payments on such Defeasance Securities deposited with the Trustee, if not then needed for such purpose, shall, to the extent practicable, be reinvested in Defeasance Securities maturing at times and in amounts sufficient to pay when due the principal, Sinking Fund Installments, if any, or Redemption Price, if applicable, of and interest to become due on said Bonds on and prior to such redemption date or maturity date hereof, as the case may be. Any income or interest earned by, or increment to, the investment of any such money so deposited, shall, to the extent certified by the Trustee to be in excess of the amounts required hereinabove to pay the principal, Sinking Fund Installments, if any, or Redemption Price, if applicable, of and interest on such Bonds, as realized, be paid by the Trustee as follows: First, to the Arbitrage Rebate Fund, the amount required to be deposited therein in accordance with the direction of an Authorized Officer of the Corporation; second, to each Provider the Provider Payments which have not been repaid, pro rata, based upon the respective Provider Payments then unpaid to each Provider; and, then, the balance thereof to the Corporation. The money so paid by the Trustee shall be released of any trust, pledge, lien, encumbrance or security interest created hereby.
Remote Call Forwarding 4.2.10.1 As an option, BellSouth shall make available to CCI an unbundled port with Remote Call Forwarding capability (“URCF service”). URCF service combines the functionality of unbundled local switching, tandem switching and common transport to forward calls from the URCF service telephone number (the number dialed by the calling party) to another telephone number selected by the URCF service subscriber. When ordering URCF service, CCI will ensure that the following conditions are satisfied:
The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($365,500.00) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.
Errors on Paycheques In the event of an error on an employee's pay, the correction will be made in the pay period following the date on which the underpayment comes to the Employer's attention. If the error results in an employee being underpaid by one (1) day's pay or more, the Employer will provide payment for the shortfall within three (3) business days from the date it is notified of the error. If the Employer makes an overpayment of a day’s pay or less for an employee, the overpayment will be deducted on the pay period following the date that the error is discovered. If the error is in excess of a normal day’s pay, the Employer will be reimbursed based on a mutually satisfactory arrangement between the employee and the Employer.
Payment by the Judicial Council A. In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Judicial Council will pay the Contractor the actual cost not to exceed the total Contract Amount, as set forth in Table 1, below, for performing the Work of this Agreement. Payment will be at the prices set forth herein and based upon the actual and allowable cost to perform the Work.
