The Customer may. (a) At any time, terminate this Authority as to future payments by giving written notice of termination to the Bank and to the Initiator. (b) Stop payment of any Direct Debit to be initiated under this Authority by the Initiator by giving written notice to the Bank prior to the Direct Debit being paid by the Bank. (c) Where a variation to the amount agreed between the Initiator and the Customer from time to time to be direct debited has been made without notice being given in terms of clause 1 (a) above, request the Bank to reverse or alter any such Direct Debit initiated by the Initiator by debiting the amount of the reversal or alteration of a Direct Debit back to the Initiator through the Initiator’s Bank. PROVIDED such request is made not more than 120 days from the date when the Direct Debit was debited to my/our account.

The Customer may. 2.1. At any time, terminate this Instruction as to future payments by giving written (or by the means previously agreed in writing) notice of termination to the Bank and to the Initiator. 2.2. Stop payment of any Direct Debit to be initiated under this Instruction by the Initiator by giving written notice to the Bank prior to the Direct Debit being paid by the Bank. 2.3. Where no advance notice is provided under clause 1.4 a variation to the amount agreed between the Initiator and the Customer from time to time to be Direct Debited had been made without notice being given in terms of clause 1.4 above, request the Bank to reverse or alter any such Direct Debit initiated by the Initiator by debiting the amount of the reversal or alteration of Direct Debit back to the Initiator through the Initiator’s Bank provided such request is made not more than 120 days from the date when the Direct Debit was debited to my/our account. 2.4. Request the Bank to reverse any Direct Debits initiated by the Initiator under the Instructions by debiting the amount of the Direct Debits back to the Initiator through the Initiator’s Bank where the Initiator cannot produce a copy of the Instructions and/or Confirmation to me/us that I/we are reasonably satisfied demonstrate that I/we have authorised my/our bank to accept Direct Debits from the Initiator against my/our account PROVIDED the request is made not more than 9 months from the date when the first Direct Debit was debited to my/our account by the Initiator under the Instructions.

The Customer may. 2.7.1 install and use the Software on the servers and for the number of named client users detailed in the Order Form 2.7.2 use the Software on additional servers or machines, or for additional named editing users, provided the Customer pays in advance the agreed additional Fee(s) in accordance with the relevant Order Form; 2.7.3 make one copy of the Software for archive or backup purposes and maintain a copy of the Software for archival purposes on a storage device, such as a server or single computer. All intellectual property rights in and to any copies of the Software shall remain vested in Alterian (Xxxxx) Ltd., and the Customer shall ensure that all such copies bear the same proprietary notices as the original. The provisions of this Licence shall apply to all such copies as they apply to the originals; 2.7.4 use the Software temporarily on an alternative processor to, and in lieu of the Licensed Computer System for the purposes of disaster recovery for the Customer for not more than 14 days without the written consent of Alterian (Xxxxx) Ltd. such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed provided that Alterian (Xxxxx) Ltd. is informed in writing of any such disaster as soon as possible, and (2) not more than twice a year for the purposes of testing disaster recovery procedures. 2.7.5 may relocate the Licensed Computer System provided that prior written notice is given to Alterian (Xxxxx) Ltd.. 2.7.6 The Software and all intellectual property rights relating to it are and shall remain the property of Alterian (Xxxxx) Ltd..

Refuse to perform the Contract, provided that the Contractor pays the actual costs incurred for the provision of Services.

The Customer may. 3.4.1. give instructions to the Bank by sending payment documents for money transfer to the recipients’ accounts in accordance with the provided electronic lists; 3.4.2. send letters to the Bank on refunding erroneously transferred amounts due to the Customer's fault to the recipients’ accounts only if the instruction to transfer money is erroneous in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 3.4.3. change the details of the Customer (bank account number for money transfer and fee payment) without making changes to the Agreement by sending a notice to the Bank of changes in the details. At the same time, the notice must be sent to the Bank not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the effective date of the relevant changes.
