Common use of Dishonoured or declined payments Clause in Contracts

Dishonoured or declined payments. If payment of your Account is dishonoured or declined, we may recover from You an amount charged by our financial institution. We may include this amount in the next Account issued to You, or where we are not going to send You another Account, in an Account sent to You otherwise than as part of a regular sequence of Accounts.
