Your Water System. If you are a property Owner you are responsible for maintaining all of the pipes and fittings between our Water Infrastructure and the building and/or taps on your property. This is referred to as Your Water System. As a property Owner, you are responsible for any damage caused by the failure of Your Water System.

Your Water System. You as property Owner are responsible for maintaining all of the pipes and fittings between our Water Infrastructure and the building and/or taps on the property (which together comprise Your Water System) and any damage caused by the failure of Your Water System. If your property has a connection to our Water Infrastructure that is 25 millimetres or greater, You must supply, install, commission, maintain and, if required, repair and/or replace a Backflow Prevention Device that is approved by us on Your Water System. For the avoidance of doubt the Backflow Prevention Device will be owned by You.
Your Water System. If you are an Owner, you own and are responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing all of Your Water System. We will maintain and repair Our Water System up to but not including the Customer’s Connection Point. The Customer’s Connection Point is at the point on the Meter valve assembly immediately downstream of the Meter. To the extent Our Water System is on your Property, you agree to grant us unfettered access to Our Water System for the purposes referred to in section 9.1. We do not maintain or repair: • illegal services and water services installed contrary to appropriate codes, regulations and standards or our Connection Requirements • dedicated fire services or combined fire and domestic water services connected to Our Water System • private water services, that are not Our Water System, connecting to our water mains under the terms of a “Non-standard Agreement” with us; or • faults resulting from wilful or negligent damage (other than caused by us). You are also responsible for rectification of any illegal services installed contrary to appropriate codes, regulations and standards or our Connection Requirements. We will also not meet the costs of installing any private services or modifying, upsizing or relocating existing private systems. We are not responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing or annual testing of backflow prevention containment devices (ie devices to prevent the reverse flow of water from a potentially polluted source into the Drinking Water supply system) on your Property. Related to Your Water System

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Transmission System Operation The NTO shall be responsible for ensuring that all actions related to the operation, maintenance and modification of its facilities that are designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification are performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, all Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria, all operating instructions, ISO Tariffs, and ISO Procedures.

  • Energy Resource Interconnection Service (ER Interconnection Service).

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing The Parties shall jointly engineer and configure Local/IntraLATA Trunks over the physical Interconnection arrangements as follows:

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
